The GAAC have some good educational resources, including a full lesson plan with handouts comparing the wildlife habit of an airfield and a golf course.

Worth the Visit: Duxford -- using aircraft and hangar construction to teach "Structures"
Maths for Real: Bearings - Second half of the programme focusses on the importance of maths when navigating an aircraft.

Teacher Guide
The BMFA has a particularly successful relationship with schools through their model aircraft kits which comes with detailed build instructions and clear teacher guides packed with curriculum links. This is downloadable from: Teachers Guide
SMARTBoard Resources
Resources for the SMART Interactive Whiteboard. If you don't have the required software, you can download a viewer here to view the resources on any PC.
Available activities include interactive activities, whole class worksheets, and lesson plans.

Or if a SMARTBoard is out of the price range, how about the low cost WiiMote alternative. Needs only a normal computer, projector, bluetooth dongle, a standard Wiimote and a small driver piece of software.
